The E-Plus Group started the “Value-oriented marketing” (VoM) project at the end of 2008. The centerpiece of VoM is the introduction of real-time decisioning programs that help users make the right decision.
“And this is exactly what this project is all about. We don’t leave our staff in the E-Plus Shop or on the Hotline on their own but instead, make customers an offer at the right time and in the right place. When a customer enters the shop we already know which contract and which product could be most suitable,” explains Nicole Hasenstab, Project Manager at E-Plus, describing the VoM concept.
