NTT DATA Corporation has decided to dissolve its consolidated subsidiary, NTT DATA Community Produce Corporation. The details of the dissolution are as follows:

2. Reason for dissolution
   NTT DATA Community Produce Corporation was established to expand NTT DATA's business activities in local communities, focusing on local governments. As a result of the revision of its community business in line with the structural reform of the NTT DATA Group, it was judged that its role had come to an end and the decision was made to dissolve it.

   The liquidation is expected to be completed by the end of June 2008.
