NTT DATA Integrates Four Group Companies in the Public Administration Sector to Form NTT DATA i Corporation - Strengthening the development infrastructure to further enhance customer satisfaction -

NTT DATA Corporation (President and CEO: Toru Yamashita; Head office: Koto-ku, Tokyo) will integrate its Group companies in the public administration sector, which will make a new start as NTT DATA i Corporation from October 1. The four companies are NTT DATA Creation Corporation (President and CEO: Naoshi Nakamura; Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), NTT DATA Solution Corporation (President and CEO: Norio Kagawa; Head office: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo), NTT DATA Technology Corporation (President and CEO: Kenji Terashima; Head office: Minato-ku, Tokyo), and NTT DATA System Service Corporation (President and CEO: Naoshi Nakamura; Head office: Musashino-shi, Tokyo).

Aim of Integration

The four companies have operated mainly as contracting subsidiaries undertaking system development in NTT DATA's public administration sector. To respond to the rapidly changing market environment, the development resources and know-how dispersed among the four companies will be brought together through integration to strengthen the development infrastructure.

To ensure that the NTT DATA Group can fully respond to customers' various needs, the new company will cooperate closely with NTT DATA in further promoting the development of business fields making full use of its strengths as an integrated company. Through these efforts, the NTT DATA Group aims to further enhance customer satisfaction as a partner that can realize effective reform for its customers.
