The Revere Group was engaged to develop Cognos 8 BI reports for business users across every division in the company. The project was part of a multi-year program being undertaken by the finance division to redesign the risk and financial management process across the corporation and enhance the tools used by both Corporate Financial Management and business unit managers to make better informed business decisions. Subject areas covered in this project included Finance, Accounting, Activity Based Costing Allocations, and Revenue Allocations.
