Construction of JHB Campus

Building on more than two decades of progress in Cyberjaya, NTT Global Data Centers is now extending to Johor, marking the next chapter in our commitment to Malaysia’s digital future. As digital demand continues to surge across Southeast Asia, Johor is rapidly emerging as a strategic location for next-generation infrastructure, offering proximity to Singapore, strong connectivity and the capacity to support large-scale developments.

Our expansion into Johor reflects the same long-term vision that guided our early investment in Cyberjaya: to anticipate where digital growth will happen next and to build the foundation ahead of demand. By developing advanced, high-capacity data center infrastructure in Johor, we can support the rising needs of hyperscalers, enterprises and AI-driven technologies while strengthening Malaysia’s role as a regional digital hub.

This move is not just about geographic expansion but about continuity of purpose. From pioneering support for the Multimedia Super Corridor (MSC) in the 1990s to enabling today’s cloud and AI economy, we remain committed to delivering resilient, high-performance infrastructure that powers innovation and economic growth. Johor represents a natural evolution of this journey, ensuring that Malaysia continues to attract global digital investment and remains competitive in an increasingly data-driven world.

We will continue to partner with Malaysia in building the critical digital backbone of the future — connecting businesses, enabling innovation and supporting the nation’s ambitions on the global stage.

The JHB Campus is a planned data center development in Johor. We obtained the land title deed under NTT GLOBAL DATA CENTERS JHB1 SDN.BHD in April 2026.
