1. What surprised you most about working at NTT DATA after you joined, compared to your expectations during the hiring process?
The people and openness of the culture. Really everyone is heard and is stimulated to contribute to the goals of the company. The culture enables this confidence to contribute without the need to do so at the expense of others.

2. Can you share a recent project or challenge that made you feel proud, and what your role was in it?
I was proud to contribute to an RFP for one of the largest companies in Europe to develop a secure global hybrid multi cloud platform

3. How has NTT DATA supported your professional or personal growth since you started?
It allows me to confidently and authentically contribute and drive our business – in my case in Cybersecurity – collaborating with super impressive colleagues. In a fun way.

Open, honest, results orientated and fun.
