1. What surprised you most about working at NTT DATA after you joined, compared to your expectations during the hiring process?
What surprised me most after joining NTT DATA was how friendly and supportive everyone is. During the hiring process, I expected a large company with strong KPIs and a pressured environment to meet goals and objectives. But after joining, I was also surprised by the level of trust and freedom given to me. I felt encouraged to share ideas, take ownership of my work, and make a positive impact from the start.

2. Can you share a recent project or challenge that made you feel proud, and what your role was in it?
One challenge I’m particularly proud of has been helping improve and streamline Accounting process and compliance processes across multiple entities within the Benelux region. Rather than simply working harder, we now work smarter as a team by improving processes, collaborating closely, and finding practical solutions that make a real difference.

3. How has NTT DATA supported your professional or personal growth since you started?
From day one, the onboarding meetings with HR, the support from my assigned tutor, and the welcoming environment were the perfect ingredients to help me thrive. When I feel happy, supported, and valued, I naturally feel more motivated to give my best, and that is something I have personally experienced at NTT DATA.

4. What does collaboration look like in your day-to-day work here?
I collaborate mostly with colleagues across Spain, Peru, France, Luxembourg, Greece, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Switzerland. There is a strong culture of respect, acceptance, and cultural diversity, where differences are valued. Whenever I need support, there is always someone willing to help, and that positive experience has naturally motivated me to help others in return. This creates a strong sense of teamwork and makes collaboration both enjoyable and rewarding.
