Fritz Hoderlein

Fritz Hoderlein was appointed the CEO of NTT DATA EMEAL(Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Latin America) which was newly established in September 2021. The new company brings everis (with a presence mainly in Europe, and Latin America) and NTT DATA EMEA (with a presence mainly in the UK, Italy, Germany, and Romania) under the same management.

Fritz Hoderlein has been the CEO of everis, an NTT DATA group company, since 2018. He initially joined the company in 1999 and began leading business consulting and technology projects in the Banking, Utilities, and Industry sectors. In 2007 he became Global Managing Partner of the Industry Sector. In 2010 he became the Managing Partner of the Barcelona office and in 2014 Managing Director for everis in Spain. From January 2015 to 2018, he has served as regional CEO of everis in Europe.

Fritz Hoderlein joined everis after years of international experience in the Volkswagen Group in Germany in R&D and Production Planning in several countries.
Outside of NTT DATA EMEAL, Fritz is involved in several sectoral working groups and is a member of several business associations. Co-founder and VP of the Teaming Foundation (biggest social crowdfunding and micro-donation platform in Europe); member of the Círculode Economía(Economic and Business Organization); Board of Directors of Barcelona Global (Organization to improve Barcelona competitiveness); collaborations at the chair of business ethic and leadership of ESADE Business School; collaborations at the Observatory of Spanish Multinational Companies of the ESADE Business School; member at the German Executives Organization in Spain (KDF); member of the Council Board at AED (Spanish Management Association); member of SHACHO KAI Organization (Executives of Japanese Companies in Spain).

Fritz Hoderlein is Telecommunications Engineer and holds an MD in Business Administration and Economics.
