We are looking for a cloud strategist to join our infrastructures team in Belgium

Your profile:

As a Cloud Strategist you will develop and drive cloud strategy to accelerate digital transformation, enhance scalability, and optimize IT efficiency for complex and large scale projects with the European Institutions. You will analyze business needs, identify opportunities for cloud adoption, and recommend cloud solutions that align with company objectives.

Our ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of cloud platforms, trends, and emerging technologies, and will provide strategic guidance for leveraging cloud to support current and future business demands.


Main Responsibilities

  • Cloud Strategy Development: Develop and refine a comprehensive cloud strategy, including public, private, and hybrid cloud solutions, aligned with business goals and growth plans.
  • Business Alignment: Collaborate with key stakeholders across the European Institutions organizations to understand business requirements, identify cloud opportunities, and translate these into actionable cloud strategies.
  • Roadmap Creation: Define a clear roadmap for cloud adoption, including milestones, phases, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress and value.
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis: Perform cost-benefit analyses for various cloud solutions, comparing cloud models, providers, and architecture approaches to identify the most cost-effective solutions.
  • Cloud Architecture Guidance: Provide architectural guidance for designing, deploying, and managing cloud infrastructure that optimizes security, performance, and cost-efficiency.
  • Governance & Compliance: Establish cloud governance frameworks and ensure compliance with security standards, regulations, and organizational policies.
  • Vendor & Technology Evaluation: Evaluate and recommend cloud providers and third-party solutions to meet the organization’s specific needs, fostering partnerships to support long-term goals.
  • Risk Assessment & Management: Conduct risk assessments and mitigation planning to address potential risks related to cloud adoption, including security, compliance, and operational continuity.
  • Performance Optimization: Identify and implement best practices for optimizing cloud resources, including performance tuning, automation, and scalability.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Act as a subject matter expert, providing training and guidance to cross-functional teams and executives on cloud best practices, trends, and opportunities.
  • Reporting & Monitoring: Regularly track and report on cloud initiatives’ progress, performance metrics, and financial impact to leadership.
  • Business development: Participate to the qualification of infrastructure transformation projects in multi-organization environments and actively contribute to the preparation of proposals.

Your profile:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.

Experience: 8+ years of experience in cloud strategy, cloud architecture, or IT strategy with a strong understanding of business transformation initiatives.

Technical Skills:

  • Extensive knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) and their services, including IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS.
  • Familiarity with multi-cloud and hybrid cloud environments, as well as cloud-native technologies like containers (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).

Certifications: Relevant cloud certifications, such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or Google Professional Cloud Architect, are preferred.

Skills:

  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align cloud initiatives with business goals.

NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Cloud Infrastructure Manager in Athens to work with our clients in the European public sector. As a Cloud Infrastructure Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and management of the cloud infrastructure. This role ensures that the cloud-based systems are stable, secure, and operating efficiently. The Cloud Infrastructure Manager will lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices. 

Your Role: 

  • Cloud Infrastructure Management: Oversee the design, deployment, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure, ensuring high availability, performance, and security. 
  • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team of cloud engineers and IT professionals, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment. 
  • Security and Compliance: Implement and enforce security policies and procedures to protect cloud infrastructure and data. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards.

Your profile:  

  • 8+ years of experience in cloud infrastructure management, with a strong focus on designing and managing cloud-based systems. 
  • Proven experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud. 
  • Extensive experience in network security, virtualization, and data management. 
  • Deep understanding of cloud architecture, infrastructure-as-a-service (IaaS), platform-as-a-service (PaaS), and software-as-a-service (SaaS) models.

The Associate Cloud Technical Architect assists with the design, and may be required to implement cloud-based solutions that meet client’s business and technical requirements. This position supports sales teams by providing knowledge of cloud computing technologies and architectures ensuring the effective design, deployment and operation of our cloud-based systems to meet client needs.

What you'll be doing

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
  • Viewed as a trusted technical advisor to the client and ensure technical solutions will accomplish the client's objectives
  • Design and architect less complex cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Provide pre-sales technical support and know-how in analysing client requirements, in conjunction with the client’s current collaboration capabilities.
  • Assess existing systems and develop migration strategies to transition on-premises applications and infrastructure to the cloud.
  • Design integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Define and implement security best practices and compliance standards for cloud-based systems.
  • Support the development and maintain cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide support to development teams to ensure adherence to cloud architecture standards and best practices.
  • Develop or produce the technical design document to match the solution design specifications.
  • Working with the relevant internal stakeholders, participate in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Assist with the determination of outsourcing, product pricing and collaborates with others to develop an implementation solution.
  • Influences and guides members of the Sales team and to ensure that they are equipped to close deals and maintain visibility of forecasting and sales pipeline in order to influence potential deals.
  • Manage client proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which will require the involvement of the appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC.
  • On all assigned engagements, owns the proposed solution and transitions the build / implementation to the delivery team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and project managers, to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Specifically relating to opportunity pursuit the Associate Cloud Technical Architect will:
    • o Evaluate each opportunity for alignment with NTT capabilities and business policy
    • o Prepare the executive summary that outlines all of the information gathered from the client in regards to their needs, as understood
    • o Document the proposed technology solution
    • o Document the statement of work along with all labour requirements
    • o Work with the relevant internal stakeholders to prepare the pricing format that will be supplied to the customer.
    • o Perform the actual solution design and prepare a parts list outlining equipment to be provided.
    • o Develop and manage a proof-of-concept as such may be required
    • o Engage all technical resources required for an accurate solution design
    • o Prepare a network diagram outlining the proposed solution
    • o Document all deliverables and what constitutes a successful completion.
    • o Review the final parts list as supplied and submit all information to the applicable bid team for final assembly
    • o Verify the proposal’s accuracy and sign off on the final documents to be presented to the client
    • o Assist during the final presentation to the client as appropriate

  • Knowledge of identity and access management (IAM), encryption, data protection, secure network configurations, and compliance frameworks such as GDPR, HIPAA, or PCI-DSS.
  • Proficiency in cloud storage solutions such as Amazon S3, Azure Blob Storage, or Google Cloud Storage.
  • Understanding of different database options including relational databases (e.g., Amazon RDS, Azure SQL Database) and NoSQL databases (e.g., Amazon DynamoDB, Azure Cosmos DB).
  • Knowledge of cloud monitoring and management tools such as AWS CloudWatch, Azure Monitor, or Google Cloud Monitoring.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

As Program Manager for Cloud Transformation you will lead, strategize, and execute the migration of our infrastructure, applications, and data to a cloud environment. The Senior Associate Cloud Technical Architect is a developing subject matter expert, responsible for supporting the design and may be required to implement cloud-based solutions that meet client’s business and technical requirements.

This role supports sales teams by providing expertise in cloud computing technologies and architectures ensuring the effective design, deployment and operation of our cloud-based systems to meet client needs.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborates with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into scalable, secure, and cost-effective cloud solutions.
  • Viewed as a trusted technical advisor to the client and ensure technical solutions will accomplish the client's objectives
  • Designs and architects less complex cloud-based systems, ensuring high availability, scalability, performance, and reliability.
  • Provides pre-sales technical support and know-how in analyzing client requirements, in conjunction with the client’s current collaboration capabilities.
  • Assesses existing systems and develop migration strategies to transition on-premises applications and infrastructure to the cloud.
  • Designs integration solutions to enable seamless data flow between cloud and on-premises environments.
  • Defines and implements security best practices and compliance standards for cloud-based systems.
  • Supports the development and maintain cloud governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
  • Provides support to development teams to ensure adherence to cloud architecture standards and best practices.
  • Develops or produces the technical design document to match the solution design specifications.
  • Working with the relevant internal stakeholders, participate in scope of work determination, product pricing and RFP/RFI responses.
  • Assists with the determination of outsourcing, product pricing and collaborates with others to develop an implementation solution.
  • Influences and guides members of the Sales team and to ensure that they are equipped to close deals and maintain visibility of forecasting and sales pipeline in order to influence potential deals.
  • Manages client proof of concept (POC) initiatives, which will require the involvement of the appropriate resources, and setup and delivery of the POC.
  • On all assigned engagements, owns the proposed solution and transitions the build / implementation to the delivery team.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on cloud technologies and architectures.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, operations, and project managers, to ensure alignment of technical solutions with business objectives.
  • Specifically relating to opportunity pursuit this role will evaluate each opportunity for alignment with organizational capabilities and business policy, prepare the executive summary that outlines all of the information gathered from the client in regards to their needs, as understood, document the proposed technology solution, document the statement of work along with all labor requirements, work with the relevant internal stakeholders to prepare the pricing format that will be supplied to the customer, perform the actual solution design and prepare a parts list outlining equipment to be provided, develop and manage a proof-of-concept as such may be required, engage all technical resources required for an accurate solution design, prepare a network diagram outlining the proposed solution, document all deliverables and what constitutes a successful completion, review the final parts list as supplied and submit all information to the applicable bid team for final assembly, verify the proposal’s accuracy and sign off on the final documents to be presented to the client, assist during the final presentation to the client as appropriate.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability, performance, and scalability of our on-premises and cloud-based systems along with focus on reducing costs for Google Cloud. 

 

Duties and responsibilities: 

  • System Reliability: Ensure the reliability and uptime of critical services and infrastructure. 

  • Google Cloud Expertise: Design, implement, and manage cloud infrastructure using Google Cloud services. 

  • Automation: Develop and maintain automation scripts and tools to improve system efficiency and reduce manual intervention. 

  • Monitoring and Incident Response: Implement monitoring solutions and respond to incidents to minimize downtime and ensure quick recovery. 

  • Collaboration: Work closely with development and operations teams to improve system reliability and performance. 

  • Capacity Planning: Conduct capacity planning and performance tuning to ensure systems can handle future growth. 

  • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for system configurations, processes, and procedures. 

  

Qualifications: 

  • 5+ years of experience in site reliability engineering or a similar role. 

  • 5+ years with proficiency in Google Cloud services (Compute Engine, Kubernetes Engine, Cloud Storage, BigQuery, Pub/Sub, etc.). 

  • 5+ years of experience with Google BI and AI/ML tools (Looker, BigQuery ML, Vertex AI, etc.)

The Principal Customer Experience Technical Services (TS) Systems Integration Specialist is a highly skilled subject matter expert, responsible for integration, deployment, configuration and fault management in highly complex environments within a technology domain.

The CIS Hyperscaler Engineer (L2) is accountable for all aspects of public cloud management in an enterprise environment for NTT DATA Business Solutions. Ensuring public cloud services are delivered in line with global standards, compliances and available to SLA expectations.

 

Key Responsibilities  

 

  • Lead & Provide guidance and implement best practices in cloud environments.
  • Lead & involves in public cloud projects, cloud management, monitory and cloud adoption planning with a mainly focus on Amazon Web Services (AWS) and follow by Microsoft Azure.
  • Works closely with various departments supporting the development and testing efforts in multiple cloud platforms. 
  • Ensure the documentation are maintained and kept up to date in line with NTT DATA Business Solutions standards and policies. 
  • Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions. 
  • Ensure that at all times company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.

Cerchiamo Cloud Architect con esperienza e competenze su Google Cloud, meglio se in possesso di certificazioni di livello Professional, per il coinvolgimento in attività di design infrastrutturale, architetturale ed applicativo.

Il ruolo prevede la gestione di gruppi di lavoro, l’interfaccia diretta con il cliente ed il coinvolgimento in progetti internazionali.

Il candidato dovrà dimostrare comprovata esperienza nella progettazione e delivery di soluzioni complesse su Cloud e comprovata capacità di analisi ed identificazione della migliore soluzione possibile in relazione a specifici criteri di business.

Il candidato dovrà garantire una conoscenza approfondita del paradigma Cloud-native e delle soluzioni Google Cloud su cui progettare, sviluppare e gestire soluzioni versatili ed efficienti.

Required Skills

  • >3 anni di esperienza lavorativa nel settore IT e almeno 1 anno di esperienza di progettazione e gestione di soluzioni su Google Cloud.
  • Esperienza nella progettazione e gestione di soluzioni su Google Cloud;
  • Esperienze in progetti di cloud migration e/o cloud foundation e/o modernization e/o design di applicativi Cloud Native;
  • Conoscenza dei tools di CI/CD e della metodologia DevOps;
  • Conoscenza delle principali tecnologie in ambito Observability, Automation, Infrastructure as Code, Container e Orchestration Tools;
  • Buone capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;
  • Buona conoscenza dell'inglese e propensione al lavoro in team internazionali
  • Esperienza in Project Management/Team Management;

As part of our continuous growth, we are seeking a skilled Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist to join our team in London. This role is pivotal in aligning business requirements with technical solutions, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of Salesforce Revenue Cloud for our clients. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to maximize business value and deliver high-quality, scalable revenue management solutions across the Quote-to-Cash (QTC) lifecycle.

What you'll be doing:

  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME): Be the go-to expert on Salesforce Revenue Cloud, including the Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC), Configure Price and Quote (CPQ), Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition, providing strategic guidance on best practices and solution design.
  • Solution Design & Architecture: Architect and implement solutions that leverage Salesforce Revenue Cloud to optimize Quote-to-Cash processes, ensuring they are aligned with the client’s business objectives and industry standards.
  • Configuration & Customization: Configure and customize Salesforce Revenue Cloud, focusing on critical areas such as Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition, to meet specific client needs and enhance overall operational efficiency.
  • Project Leadership: Offer technical leadership across the project lifecycle, from gathering requirements to final delivery, ensuring solutions adhere to best practices and are delivered on time and within scope.
  • Collaboration & Innovation: Partner with product teams and industry specialists to identify and drive growth opportunities, optimizing revenue management processes and exploring innovative use cases.
  • Training & Knowledge Sharing: Conduct workshops, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing initiatives to upskill team members and enhance understanding of Revenue Cloud’s capabilities.
  • Stay Current: Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and Salesforce advancements to ensure our solutions remain cutting-edge, scalable, and aligned with best practices.

What experience you'll bring:

  • Proven Experience: Demonstrated expertise as a Salesforce Revenue Cloud Specialist, with hands-on experience in EPC, CPQ, Order Management, Billing, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition.
  • Lifecycle Implementations: Experience with at least two full lifecycle implementations of Salesforce Revenue Cloud, CPQ, and/or Billing.
  • Quote-to-Cash Proficiency: Strong understanding of the Quote-to-Cash processes, with proven skills in conducting client discussions, gathering complex requirements, and translating them into scalable, efficient solutions.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Salesforce technologies, including Apex, Salesforce Flow, Lightning Web Components and Integration tools.
  • Certifications: Salesforce Revenue Cloud certification or relevant certifications in CPQ and Billing are highly desirable.
  • Strong Communication & Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to convey complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, with a collaborative approach and a keen eye for problem-solving in fast-paced environments.

Preferred Requirements

Position's General Duties and Tasks

In this role, you will be responsible or good to have skills for:

  • Good understanding of AWS/Azure Cloud Services IAAS/PAAS/SAAS
  • Designing, deploying, and managing secure, scalable, and resilient cloud architectures on AWS/Azure platforms.
  • Add-on Automating cloud infrastructure deployments using tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
  • Ensuring robust cloud network configurations, including VPCs, subnets, firewalls, and hybrid connectivity solutions (e.g., ExpressRoute, Direct Connect).
  • Monitoring and optimizing cloud performance, costs, and security compliance using industry-leading tools.

Requirements for This Role Include:

  • Hands-on experience in AWS/Azure Cloud Platforms with a strong understanding of cloud services, architecture, and best practices.
