We are currently seeking a Data Center Operations Engineer to join our team in Bekasi, Jawa Barat (ID-JB), Indonesia (ID).
1. Candidate should have 3-5 years of experience working as Data Center, basic knowledge of Data Center components such as Server, Storage, Network, Cabling (UTP, Fiber) is required
2. Data Center Operator Specialist role is follow the daily Data Center checklist provided to perform required action. This is inclusive of vendor coordination, escort support, Continuity of Business support and level 1 - Network/Voice support for the change/BAU tasks under SME guidance at site accordingly
3. Candidate should know the basic Operations in Data Center running environment and process follow within in Data Center
4. Follow the Standard instructions given SA (via SNow) or Data Center Management for activities such as rack & stack, cable patching, server health check, etc
5. Work with Designated Partner for racking and stacking of servers and all movement of servers will be managed by partner, Operator has to help rack and stack during initial stage
6. Monitor the country Data Center servers status in terms of physical health check (Monitoring only involves for first level of work) and record in standard report.
7. Work with SA for console access and any approved process needs to follow in Data Center
8. Follow the standard operating procedure of banking Data Center Operation, which are standard across the region
9. Work on Service Now tickets / Request for any action required for first level monitoring and engage right team for next course of action
10. Hands and legs Support in case of escorting partner or any change worked required in Data Center
11. Support with shift work rotation (1st shift at 7-19, 2nd shift at 19-7) including public holiday, this can be changed if business needed
12. Willing to be placed at 24/7 site in Cibitung, Bekasi.

Responsibilities
- Provide support on IT request and break-fix to NTT client's employees in person and through phone calls, chats and emails.
- Provision new users with hardware, software, and account setup.
- Provide onsite and remote support for multiple locations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve a variety of technical problems including networking.
- Provide technical support for mobile device issues using ABM and Samsung KNOX, including setup, configuration, connectivity, and application troubleshooting.
- Respond quickly to cyber, malware alerts and location outages.

The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L1) is an entry level engineering role, responsible for providing a managed service to clients to ensure that their IT infrastructure and systems remain operational through proactively identifying, investigating, and resolving technical incidents and problems and restoring service to clients by managing incidents to resolution.The primary objective of this role is to ensure zero missed service level agreement conditions. The Managed Services Cross Technology Engineer (L1) focuses on first-line support for standard and low complexity incidents and service requests.
