Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the planning and organization of IT projects.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Support the development and maintenance of project plans and schedules.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, reports, and status updates.
- Contribute to stakeholder communication and relationship management.
- Assist in ensuring project adherence to quality standards and best practices.
- Participate in project post-mortems and implement lessons learned.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience.
- Has experiences with IT project implementation involving different operating systems, network administration or service desk administration.
- Project management and leadership skills for managing projects and the teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to coordinate with team members and management and explain technical issues
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to handle any issues that occur during project implementation
- Organization and time management skills to keep projects on track and within budget
- Excellent resource planning and task scheduling skills.
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software e.g. Microsoft Project is a plus.
- Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willing to work at the client site.
