NTT DATA Philippines is looking for a SAP Support - SuccessFactors for a new implementation in Makati Philippines Office.
Job Description:
- The SAP Success Factors Support Specialist primary function is to provide technical support to enterprise administrators in an efficient and accurate manner.
- Role will be L2 Support and will solve technical problems and provide support for all assigned areas.
- Support includes site navigation and system troubleshooting whilst interfacing with other group, Delivery team.
Job Requirement:
- Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/ Information systems is preferred.
- Technical degree or SAP SuccessFactors technical troubleshooting and support experience required.
- IT Support Concept (Incident Management, Change Management, Problem Management is an advantage)
- SAP SuccessFactors knowledge on atleast 3 different modules
- ITIL v3 / v4
- Nice to have: SAP Specific Specific Trainings and Certifications
