Davies Paints inks a deal with NTT DATA Philippines to implement their HR Information System
November 8, 2011 Manila, Philippines – Davies Paints Philippines Inc, a manufacturer and distributor of high quality protective and decorative paints has signed up with NTT DATA Philippines to acquire the license and implement HR*Wizard, a web-based integrated Human Resource Information System designed to streamline and standardize HR processes.
We have selected HR*Wizard because it meets our requirements and we find the system very easy to use thus the transition to a new system would be that much easier and faster for our HR users and employees.

Davies Paints VP for HR and Admin, Ms. Vicky Gan said, “We have outgrown our existing Payroll system due to the changing and growing business demands of our HR’s daily operations. It made economic sense for us to move to a full-service HR System to enable our HR to provide better services to our employees. The HR*Wizard implementation will cover the entire HR operations of Davies Paints and will include maintaining electronic copies of personnel files, tracking employment history from recruitment to retirement, employee attendance, manpower planning, and online leave and OT application and approval. HR*Wizard will also provide analysis reports to the various user groups and the facility to automate its entire performance management and employee training and development process. HR*Wizard will be installed at the head office of Davies Paints in Pasig City and will provide HRIS services to its other sites near its head office.
