NTT DATA will hold the Social Referral Program

NTT DATA Singapore has taken yet another step to make our employees our brand ambassadors and reward them for contributing to the growth of their own organization.

NTT DATA’s Singapore launched its Social Referral on December 12, 2016. The Social Referral platform is a tool that rewards our employees for referring candidates by sharing our company job postings via social media, direct messaging or email.

The referrer receives a cash reward for every successfully hired candidate referred through the platform! For every referred candidate shortlisted for an interview, the referrer will receive a coupon. Accumulated 10 coupons can be converted into a cash reward.
