In light of the Prime Minister’s speech on the 3rd of April, stricter measures have been put in place in response to Singapore’s Covid-19 situation. We must do our part to contain the spread and practice social responsibility.
In compliance with the new guidelines, NTT DATA Singapore has implemented working from home for all employees, beginning April 7, 2020 till the 4th of May 2020. Should there be any change, we will update you accordingly.
Business operations will remain as usual. Rest assured that we will continue to make sure that there are minimal disruptions to your business, as our teams are equipped to work from home, and are able to attend to your queries and support service requests.
1. Our client management, delivery and support teams will be telecommuting.
2. The pre-sales, professional services and onsite support teams remain operational and will respond to your support and maintenance requirements.
3. Physical face-to-face meetings are no longer permitted as per the latest Parliament Bill passed on the 7th of April. Kindly communicate via video conferencing or electronic communication tools.
