On 13 March, the Ministry of Health announced that a person (Case 189) tested positive for COVID-19 infection. Case 189 is a NTTDATA Singapore Pte. Ltd. employee who worked at our customer office.
Further Update as at 18 Mar 2020
Further tests were carried out on our infected employee for successive days. His test results for COVID-19 came out as negative. On 15 March 2020, the employee was discharged from hospital. The employee is resting at home and keeping himself well.
All the primary and secondary contacts are being monitored and they are keeping well.

On 13 March, the Ministry of Health announced that a person (Case 189) tested positive for COVID-19 infection. Case 189 is a NTTDATA Singapore Pte. Ltd. employee who worked at our customer office.
NTTDATA Singapore Pte. Ltd. (NTTDATA Singapore) confirmed that there is one confirmed COVID19 case of one NTT DATA Singapore employee who worked at our customer office (Centennial tower, 3 Temasek Ave, Singapore) on 13th March, 2020. The infected employee was warded in an isolation room at the National Centre for Infectious Diseases (NCID)
Based on our interactions with the customer, the customer confirmed that the customer office was properly sanitized by the customer on 13 March 2020.
NTTDATA Singapore and the customer have jointly traced activity history of people around the infected employee and identified close contacts.
All employees working at same areas of the customer office have commenced to work from home on 13th March.
Close contacts are instructed to stay at home for 14 days.
NTTDATA Singapore is closely cooperating with the customer, and has taken proper measures to secure health conditions of the infected employee as well as secure safety and business continuity of the customer’s business.
