TOKYO – January 20, 2023 NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services leader, today announced Everest Group has named the company a Leader in its Digital Workplace Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2022 report for North America. The report assessed a total of 25 digital workplace service providers in North America and awarded NTT DATA the firm’s highest rating in Vision and Strategy.

“NTT DATA is proud to be named as an industry Leader in Everest Group’s Digital Workplace Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2022 report,” said Kaz Nishihata, Senior Executive Vice President & Representative Director at NTT DATA Corporation. “We feel this recognition shows that NTT DATA’s industry knowledge, technology expertise, reputation for innovation, and dedication to client services sets us apart in our ability to help clients attract and retain employees in a competitive market.”

In the report, Everest Group called out NTT DATA’s vision of uplifting employee experience through a sustainable and secure workplace. The report also acknowledged its strong delivery capabilities in North America and found NTT DATA a good fit for enterprises seeking onshore support for digital workplace services.

“NTT DATA’s goal is to help our clients enhance productivity and make workforce future ready and execute outcome-based Experience Level Agreements (XLAs),” said Tanvir Khan, Chief Digital Officer, NTT DATA Services. “ Leveraging NTT DATA Nucleus Intelligent Enterprise Platform, we harness data to unlock opportunities for hyper-automation and continuous improvement.”

The report also highlighted NTT DATA’s investments in immersive experience capabilities and Device as a Service with its acquisitions of Vectorform and Chainalytics.

“Evolving employee expectations, due to hybrid workplace enablement, and the great resignation movement have compelled North American enterprises to rapidly pivot towards an experience-centric digital workplace. This is underpinned by empathy and hyper-personalization to navigate and address the challenges around poor employee experience, user productivity, attrition, and lack of organizational citizenship behaviour,” said Udit Singh, Practice Director, Everest Group.

“NTT DATA’s experience and transformation-centric solutioning coupled with heightened focus on themes such as immersive collaboration, sustainability, and automation powered by their Nucleus Intelligent Enterprise Platform have contributed to its position as a Leader in Everest Group’s Digital Workplace Services PEAK Matrix® Assessment 2022-North America. Furthermore, proposed business realignment in NTT is expected to bring long-term synergies and scale advantages for NTT DATA.”
