We currently seeks to hire an Application Support to join our team

- Provide Level 1 & 2 Support for Wealth Bond Application.
- Responsible for stability of production environments ensuring application and all interfaces exceeds availability SLA.
- Responsible for Change Management – raise, verify, implement and support application change requests during night time or weekend green zones.
- Collaborate closely with development team, interface technical teams and business users to investigate, test and implement fixes.
- Follow escalation and reporting procedures of production issues and system downtime.
- Own and coordinate between various internal and external teams to resolve complex issues and outages.
- Ensure all deployments are properly documented.
- Ensure accurate and timely incident and problem logging.
- Track incidents and provide regular updates to users on the progress and status up to closure.
- Perform Root Cause Analysis and Regular Reporting to identify areas for review for improvement.
- More than 3 years Application Support Experience preferably in a Banking application.
- Experience and proficiency in shell scripting (Linux).
- Knowledge on SQL (MariaDB), Confluence, JIRA.
