Job Description:
Ensures the integrity of accounting information by recording, verifying, consolidating, and entering transactions.
- Handling full set of accounts
- Accounts Receivable/Payable
- Staff Claims
- General Ledger
- Bank Reconciliation
- Preparation of monthly accounts’ schedules
- Liaising with auditors
- Other ad-hoc accounting functions
- System migration
- UAT
- Global currency exchange/rates
Job Requirements:
- Singaporeans only
- Recognized Degree or Diploma in Accountancy / Finance / Banking or equivalent
- Knowledge of accounting system
- Experienced with foreign currency / rates advantageous
- Strong in MS Office Suite
- Meticulous and diligent with positive working attitudes
- Immediate availability preferred
