Katrina Kropa is executive, head of North America Legal, Risk & Compliance. She is responsible for general corporate counsel, contracts, employment, and litigation matters. The North America legal team also supports the company's compliance and mergers and acquisitions activities. With more than 20 years of experience, Katrina was previously at Keane, Inc., as well as Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky and Popeo, P.C., where she represented companies in employment and litigation matters. Katrina holds a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, a Master of Arts in Law and Diplomacy from the Fletcher School at Tufts University, and a B.A. in History, German, and Music from Rice University.
