Be alert for scammers impersonating NTT DATA, NTT DATA recruiters, or recruiting partners through fake job postings, lookalike websites, spoofed emails, text messages, social media, messaging apps, phone calls, offer letters, or onboarding instructions. Legitimate NTT DATA recruiting communications will come from official NTT DATA email domains, including @nttdata.com and @global.ntt, or through authorized recruiting platforms associated with an official NTT DATA careers site. Because recruiting processes may vary by region and business, candidates should verify that the role appears on an official NTT DATA careers page and that the recruiter communication and application process align with the official posting. Be especially cautious of email addresses, websites, or domains that combine “NTT DATA” or similar wording with terms like “careers,” “jobs,” “offers,” “onboarding,” “recruitment,” “talent acquisition,” or “digital,” or that otherwise appear designed to look like an NTT DATA recruiting channel. Examples of suspicious domains may include formats such as: nttdata[dot]careers, onboard-nttdata[dot]digital, offers-nttdata[dot]digital, or inc-nttdata[dot]com. NTT DATA will never ask you to pay money, buy equipment, cash checks, or purchase gift cards or cryptocurrency as part of the recruiting process. We will also never ask you to provide banking credentials, share passwords or verification codes, or download unknown software.
