At NTT DATA, we believe in the human impact of AI.

We bring real stories to life through technology-led transformation, creating tangible value for clients, society, and our people. Guided by responsibility, quality, and sustainability, we leverage emerging technologies to shape what’s next—responsibly.

This vision is embodied in our Three Positive approach:

•Planet Positive – advancing net-zero goals and environmental responsibility

•Prosperity Positive – driving sustainable business growth

•People Positive – engaging employees to foster a culture of sustainability

We see AI as a force to unlock human potential. Through AI for human impact, we promote human-in-the-loop systems that ensure ethical, accurate, and purpose-driven innovation.

NTT DATA stands at the forefront of responsible innovation—building an intelligent, inclusive, and sustainable future.

Together, let’s create lasting change. ”
Yutaka Sasaki
,
President and CEO, NTT DATA Group Corporation

The World Economic Forum is a vital platform for shaping our shared future through dialogue. This year’s theme, “A Spirit of Dialogue,” is timely as we face geopolitical fragmentation, economic uncertainty, and the transformative rise of artificial intelligence. In this environment, open collaboration is the key to progress.

At NTT DATA, we believe innovation must serve humanity. AI can redefine progress—but only if developed responsibly. Responsible AI is a shared duty, grounded in transparency, ethics, and empathy.

Our partnership with the Forum reflects this belief, though initiatives like the Centers for AI Excellence, Advanced Manufacturing, Nature and Climate, and Urban Transformation. Innovation without dialogue risks isolation; dialogue without action risks irrelevance. Together, we can make the age of AI not just intelligent—but profoundly human.
