Role: Chie Aoki was appointed Director and Executive Vice President, CHRO of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2026.

Responsibilities: As Head of HR Headquarters and CHRO of NTT DATA Group, she leads the Group's human capital strategy and HR organization. She drives global and group-wide HR initiatives to strengthen talent and organizational capabilities, transform HR functions, and support sustainable growth and long-term value creation.

Experience: Prior to her current position, she has held leadership positions across public sector business, global HR, diversity initiatives, and global strategy, contributing to the growth of NTT DATA Group from both business and people perspectives.

Additional information: Chie graduated from the Faculty of Economics, The University of Tokyo.
