As a result of bringing together our NTT Ltd. and NTT DATA businesses, 60% of our total revenues now come from our international business. In 2023, we transitioned to a three-company structure consisting of a holding company, Japan operating company, and an international operating company. In September 2025, we became a wholly owned subsidiary of NTT. These transformations have further strengthened collaboration within the NTT Group and accelerated the growth of the NTT DATA Group as a whole.

Our continued growth in Japan is driven by strengthening our consulting and digital transformation capabilities. By focusing on innovative solutions that enhance our clients' industry competitiveness, we are dedicated to meeting their needs and ensuring their success.

Internationally, the combination of NTT Ltd. and NTT DATA has resulted in a broader and more comprehensive portfolio of services. This alignment has significantly boosted new business, with a substantial increase in opportunities signed, driven by our expanded capabilities and global reach. Our focus remains on achieving sustained and strategic growth in the international market.
