Role: Eric Lamarre was appointed Outside Director of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2025.

Experience: Eric was a Senior Partner at McKinsey & Company with 30 years of experience serving clients globally and leading McKinsey Digital in North America. He currently serves as an Independent Director on Boards. He also serves as a Special Advisor to McKinsey clients. Eric received the Gluck Award, McKinsey's Lifetime Innovation Award, for his thought leadership in DX and AI and for his best-selling book on the topic. Finally, he is a lecturer at Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT) where he trains C-Suite teams on Digital and AI.
