Kazuhiko Nakayama

Role: Kazuhiko Nakayama was appointed Representative Director, President and CEO of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2026.

Responsibilities: Nakayama leads NTT DATA's global growth strategy, business transformation initiatives, and investments in next-generation digital infrastructure. Under his leadership, NTT DATA continues to strengthen its position as a trusted global partner serving clients in more than 70 countries and regions through a workforce of approximately 200,000 professionals worldwide.

Experience: Nakayama began his career with Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) in 1989. Over the course of his career, he has held a series of leadership positions across major NTT Group companies, including NTT, NTT DOCOMO, NTT EAST, and NTT Communications, building extensive experience in corporate management, finance, and business strategy.

In 2023, he joined NTT DATA Group Corporation. From 2023 to 2026, he played a pivotal role in establishing the Group’s holding company structure, while leading the development of growth strategies. He also accelerated investments in data centers and advanced the strengthening and expansion of the Group’s global business platform.
