Ken Katsuyama

Role: Ken Katsuyama was appointed Director of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2026.

Experience: He joined NTT in 1995. Gained experience in corporate sales, marketing, corporate planning, and HR. Served in HR at the holding company (2012–2017). Led global HR PMI at Calsonic Kansei (now Marelli) (2018–2020), and supported the globalization of Japanese companies at a Big4 consulting firm (2020–2023), focusing on organizational transformation and global HR PMI.

In addition to his current role, he has served as Head of the Global Business Division at NTT, Inc. since June 2023. In this capacity, he is responsible for global business strategy across the NTT Group and execution support for operating companies, including M&A, data center and network investment strategy, deal validation, partnership development with hyperscalers, and open innovation initiatives.

Additional information: Ken graduated from the Faculty of Letters, The University of Tokyo, in 1995 and from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania in 2005.
