Role: Takeha Namikata was appointed Director, Audit & Supervisory Committee Member of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2026.

Responsibilities: As a Director (Audit and Supervisory Committee Member), she is committed to enhancing corporate governance at NTT DATA Group.

Experience: TaKeha joined Nippon Telegraph and Telephone Corporation (NTT) in 1993. At NTT EAST, she was engaged in overseas investment project in Vietnam, corporate sales, and data center businesses. Subsequently, at NTT Holding Company, she was responsible for international business relations and global procurement strategy. She later joined NTT DOCOMO Ventures, engaging in startup investment activities, followed by roles at NTT DOCOMO including General Manager of the Toyama Branch, General Manager of the Sustainability Promotion Office, and General Manager of the Customer Satisfaction Promotion Department, contributing to consumer business and sustainability initiatives. She subsequently served as an Audit & Supervisory Board Member at NTT COMWARE (currently NTT DOCOMO Solutions).

In addition to her current role, she also serves as Audit and Supervisory Board Member of NTT DATA, Inc.

Additional information: She holds a bachelor's degree in International Relations from the University of Tokyo in 1993 and an MBA from Georgetown University in 2002.
