In CDP's 2025 assessment, NTT DATA was selected as an "A List" company, the highest rating, in both Climate Change and Water Security. It received an A rating for Climate Change for the fourth consecutive year and an A rating for Water Security for the first time. |

An international certification conducted annually by the Top Employers Institute, headquartered in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Companies with outstanding people practices are certified based on an assessment covering 20 topics across six HR domains. In January 2026, NTT DATA received Global Top Employer 2026 certification in 37 countries and regions for the third consecutive year. |

NTT DATA has continuously held third-level Eruboshi certification under Japan's Act on Promotion of Women's Participation and Advancement in the Workplace since September 2017. |
| Platinum Kurumin Certification |

NTT DATA received Platinum Kurumin certification in November 2019, the highest recognition for companies providing outstanding childcare support. The certification recognizes companies that have formulated action plans under the Act on Advancement of Measures to Support Raising Next-Generation Children, have already received Kurumin certification, and demonstrate advanced initiatives, including the introduction and use of systems that help employees balance work and childcare. |

The assessment covers initiatives at Group companies, including NTT DATA. |

We received third-party verification of environmental and social performance indicators from Lloyd's Register Quality Assurance Limited.
