NTT DATA announces a capital alliance with Abyor International, an Indonesia SAP partner company

NTT DATA Corporation, through its subsidiary NTT DATA Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. （President and CEO: Tetsu Sato; Head office: Singapore; hereinafter referred to as “NDAP”）, reached an agreement to obtain 70% of outstanding shares in PT. Abyor International, （President Director: Hari Tjahjono; Head office: Tangerang Selatan, Indonesia; hereinafter referred to as “Abyor”）, one of the major SAP partners in Indonesia.
Abyor has built up its strength in high value IT consulting and management services with a pure focus on SAP technologies in the Indonesian market.
The transaction is part of NTT DATA’s core strategy to accelerate its global business and to widen its global customer base, offering portfolio and presence outside of Japan. The collaboration with Abyor will help NTT DATA drive business in Indonesia faster, and also enables it to leverage capabilities of the Indonesian companies in the Asia-Pacific and globally.
NTT DATA has been researching the Indonesian IT market and exploring business opportunities through its regional headquarters in Singapore, and first established an IT services company to start business in Indonesia in 2011. NTT DATA has now entered into a capital alliance with Abyor, one of the leading Indonesian SAP partner companies with strong capabilities for consulting and management services.
Abyor’s advanced capabilities in SAP technologies offer comprehensive services to their clients to solve business challenges and harness the power of digital. Combining its expertise for SAP with NTT DATA’s existing IT consulting services capability will strengthen ability to offer broader solutions especially in manufacturing, healthcare, agriculture, etc. in Indonesia and around the world.
