Announcement Regarding Personnel Change in Executive Officers and Organizational Responsibilities

NTT DATA Corporation announced today the implementation of personnel change in executive officers to be appointed on June 20, 2017 and new allocation of organizational responsibilities.
The followings are the new organizational responsibilities to be allocated:
Organizational responsibilities for Businesses outside of Japan
Instead of current Global Business Segment and Global Business Sector, new organizational responsibilities would be allocated for local business segments/sectors.
• North America Segment, North America Sector
• EMEA & LATAM Segment, EMEA & LATAM Sector
• China & APAC Segment, China & APAC Sector
Organizational responsibilities for Regions
For further enhancement of the segmental collaboration, the following organizational responsibilities would be allocated for the cross-segments.
• Japan & Asia Region:
Responsible for 3 segments in Japan (Public & Social Infrastructure Segment, Financial Segment, Enterprise & Solutions Segment) and China & APAC Segment
• Americas & Europe Region:
Responsible for North America Segment and EMEA & LATAM Segment
Organizational responsibilities for Global Marketing
To conduct cross-regional collaboration, organizational responsibilities would be allocated for Global Marketing.
