Tokyo, May 8, 2025 ---- At the Board of Directors meeting held on May 8, 2025, NTT DATA Group Corporation resolved to transfer six data center assets owned by the asset holding companies under NTT Limited, one of our consolidated subsidiaries, to a proposed Singaporean real estate investment trust NTT DC REIT scheduled to be newly listed on the Singapore Exchange in the future.
