The report is a comprehensive analysis of healthcare service providers that assesses their service capabilities and innovation strength.

In addition to being ranked No. 4 overall, NTT DATA placed No. 2 for Healthcare Provider Experience, No. 3 for Leveraging Emerging Technologies, and No. 4 in four categories: Size, Scale and Growth; IT Services Execution; Overall Execution; and Innovation Investment and Ecosystem.
