TOKYO - April 2, 2026 - NTT DATA, a global leader in AI, digital business and technology services, together with INSEAD today announced a joint research report on Talent Transformation in the AI Era, a collaborative study examining how artificial intelligence is reshaping the IT services industry.

Drawing on new executive interviews and proprietary data, the study examines how AI adoption is advancing beyond experimentation toward broader enterprise transformation. The findings highlight the major shifts in the IT services talent model, including:
