Business Success Cases - Agile Transformation of a Traditional German Industrial Insurer
The IT of a traditional German industrial insurer with +600 employees was to be completely converted to the agile framework SAFe®. The goal was to establish an agile organizational structure and improve collaboration between business and IT. In 18 months, we gradually converted IT to the new organization and accompanied it with change measures. An initial pilot was conducted with some of the employees; after successful testing, the processes were rolled out to the other units. The result: people, organization and technology were brought into harmony.

SAFe® Implementation, Training & Coaching for 7 ARTs of a German Automotive Company
The software company for the automotive industry is pursuing the goal of introducing SAFe® as the target operating model in the company. All +5000 employees need to be brought along and transformed. NTT DATA has delivered SAFe® training with +1,000 participants and led the transformation of 7 ARTs including their development teams, including overarching solution layer, to a successful way of working through interims management, coaching and consulting.
