Coaching without Barriers
An impactful team coaching program for all office staff were designed in the COVID-era in March, 2020 by NTT DATA Italia. The program is aimed to build better relationships among people and get them focused around common goals without the difficult external circumstances getting in their way. As a result the paradigm is shifted to bring people's negative mind from confusion and resignation to a stronger alignment and more effective engagement.
This opportunity lets participants discover a new way of interacting and developing the processes of empowerment necessary for a high-performance during a period of crisis. Each participant will work on a project for their own development. The project will be continued every year and will become one of the NTT DATA Italia's Development Projects.
