NTT DATA is looking for a motivated ServiceNow Business Analyst with experience gathering business requirements, process mapping, and training end users to join our Business Process practice. Experience Required:

  • Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Business Analyst in ITSM and HRSD environments.
  • Proven experience working with ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
  • Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working in Agile teams.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform
  • Advise clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences
  • Collaborate effectively with virtual team members to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables
  • Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the NTT methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency

 

Mandatory Skills & Technologies:

  • ServiceNow platform expertise (especially in ITSM and HRSD modules).
  • Experience with Business Requirements Gathering, Process Mapping, and Gap Analysis.
  • Proficiency in creating user stories, functional specifications, and test cases.
  • Familiarity with Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics.
  • Strong knowledge of UAT coordination, stakeholder communication, and training documentation.
  • Tools: MS Visio, Excel, Lucidchart.

Preferred:

  • ServiceNow Certified ServiceNow Developer or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Exposure to GRC, or SecOps modules is a plus.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of hands on ServiceNow experience, minimally ITSM
  • 4+ years of experience in a Business Analyst, or similar role, working with customers, documenting and gathering requirements, and developing test scripts and training material for technology deployments
  • Not mandatory but helpful; experience in additional practice areas such as ITAM, ITBM, SPM, WSD, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, GRC, IRM, ITSM, Service Portal (UX Deign), etc.

• Raccolta requisiti.

• Conoscenza di Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud e TPM

• Conoscenza dei principali cloud Salesforce (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud) 

• Gestione di processi E2E dalla raccolta requisiti fino al rilascio in esercizio

• Redazione di documentazione tecnico-funzionale

Arricchiscono il profilo certificazioni in ambito Salesforce come la Business Analyst e Salesforce Consumer Goods 

 

Nice to have:

  • Proactive mind for the unclear situation / can work other department member directly
  • Must: Native/fluent JP speak/read/write (no need to have a certification but equivalent to N2 level) 
  • Must: Proficiency in English Speaking, technical language, good presentation and document writing skills
  • Prefer: 1~3 years’ as BA/BrSE/Comtor in any of Finance & Accounting, Business Operation, Manufacturing, Inventory, Logistics, Purchasing, Customer Service, HR of Retails (FMCG, QSR, supermarkets, chain stores, online merchants, …) and Manufacturing (automobiles, furniture, equipment,…) industry.

AO - Business Operations Sr. Analyst

 

The Client Management Services organization supports our NTT DATA Account Leaders in Contract Management, Account Governance and Business Process Compliance activities to enable timely order-to-cash process and effective coordination between Sales, Forecasting, ERP and Resourcing actions. The primary objective of this group is enabling Client Managers to focus on account growth by supporting account operations/administrative activities, improving processes/data/ compliance/awareness within or across accounts, providing proactive insights and supporting actions related to org-wide initiatives. The AO Organization Business Support Team is responsible for overall contract setup and management support, account operations tracking, process compliance activities and client onboarding activities. The AO Operations Sr. Analyst/Sr. Analyst supports key processes for a portfolio of accounts reporting to the Operations Manager/Sr. Manager

 

Job Responsibilities: The incumbent may be required to perform all or a combination of the following essential functions as determined by business necessity

 

  • Resource who has strong process/business knowledge and experience with E2E of Order-to-Cash processes and functional knowledge of each of the sub-streams of Order to Cash.
  • As part of daily production activities: -
  • Understanding and setting up newly received contracts/projects in the system (SAP, Peoplesoft etc.) and performing their maintenance activities as and when required. This requires accurately understanding and interpreting supporting documents.
  • Co-ordinate with all O2C sub streams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to the customer
  • Constant reduction of unbilled items
  • Delivering upon the SLAs and KPIs of the team from production standpoint.
  • Getting on calls, discussions and meetings with Delivery managers, Project Managers, Vertical CFOs, Financial analysts and other key stake holders to maintain smooth communication of operational activities on a daily basis.
  • Responsible for account operations tracking, process compliance activities and repeatable administrative actions with minimal coordination or ambiguity related to the process areas
  • Someone with analytical bent of mind who can work on providing continuous improvement ideas and has a considerable knowledge of revenue recognition methods from an accounting standpoint.
  • Works with leadership team to provide feedback, identifying training needs and perform root cause analysis for iterations/escalations
  • Works closely with different teams like resource mgmt., revenue, finance to ensure smooth month, quarter & year end closing process

 

Technical Skills

  • Proficient with MS office suite (MS Excel, MS outlook etc)
  • Ability to use systems effectively for Projects/Time/Resource management and other functions
  • Experience / Exposure on with SAP and Saleforce.com will be an added advantage 

 

Functional Skills

  • 5 to 6 plus years of experience in at least one of the process areas Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/AR is preferred, Order management and master data management will be preferred
  • Resource who has strong process/Business knowledge and experience with Order-to-Cash process
  • Conducting UAT and securing Sign Offs for new requirements under supervision of Technical team/Lead
  • 1+ years of Operations or Back-office Support Services experience is preferred
  • Strong communication (verbal and written) & analytical skills and the ability to understand complex business problems and propose solutions.

The Senior Information Security Incident Response Analyst is an advanced subject matter expert, responsible for detecting and monitoring escalated threats and suspicious activity affecting the organization's technology domain (servers, networks, appliances and all infrastructure supporting production applications for the enterprise, as well as development environments).

This role acts as the technical second responder for the team and supports the work of technical staff from various business areas, as well as third-party technical experts.

The Senior Information Security Incident Response uses their technical competencies of systems and automated mechanisms to detect unauthorized activity on company information assets.

What you'll be doing

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manages the prevention and resolution of security breaches and ensure incident and problem management processes are initiated.
  • Performs access management activities according to the policy.
  • Implements and discusses security service audit schedules, review access authorization and perform the required access controls and testing to identify security weaknesses.
  • Interacts with a global team of Cyber Security Analysts and specialists.
  • Manages 2nd level triaging of security alerts, events, and notifications.
  • Manages notifications of internal and/or external teams according to agreed alert priority levels, and escalation trees.
  • Communicates status of response, resolution and final root cause analysis to the appropriate stakeholders.
  • Follows and updates established and/or ad-hoc processes and work instructions and create procedures where deficiencies are identified.
  • Logs, manages and coordinates service requests through to resolution including the identification, isolation, resolution and escalation of IT infrastructure faults.

Academic Qualifications and Certifications:

  • SANS GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA) or equivalent preferred.
  • SANS GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH) or equivalent preferred


Required Experience:

As a member of the Security Technology Operations (STO) team at Client, the Lvl1 Security Technology Analyst will work with a global security toolkit, focusing on DLP and Endpoint Management using Microsoft Purview, Tanium and Qualys.       As a member of the Security Technology Operations (STO) team at Client, the Lvl1 Security Technology Analyst will work with a global security toolkit, focusing on DLP and Endpoint Management using Microsoft Purview, Tanium and Qualys. The role will be primarily incident and service request focused while working with the more senior team members on various projects and initiatives.

       

      Key Responsibilities:

      • Excellent incident and request handling
      • Help attain and then maintain SLAs and KPIs
      • Ensure system/application alerts are acknowledged and actioned
      • Escalate issues to STO management and leadership as needed
      • Conduct basic log analysis to identify potential data loss issues
      • Assist in troubleshooting of system performance-related incidents
      • Assist in the creation, configuration updates, and testing of DLP policies and Tanium workflows
      • Support change request creation, representation, and implementation for the technology stack
      • Provide general workstation and server troubleshooting support for the technology stack

       

      Experience:

      • Prior experience with and understanding of Data Loss Prevention terminology and processes
      • Familiarity with reporting tools such as PowerBi, PowerPoint, and Excel
      • Familiarity with PowerShell scripting
      • 1-3 years of experience in a security operations role
      • Understanding of Windows, MacOS, and *nix operating systems
      • Confidence in troubleshooting
      • Good communication skills

          We are currently seeking a Project Analyst with TS/SCI with CI Poly to join our team in Columbia, Maryland (US-MD), United States (US).

          This position will directly support the Unit Chief of a counterintelligence unit of the nation's premier Federal Law Enforcement Agency. The right candidate will be an experienced program analyst, able to optimize our program and support client needs.

           

          Job Duties:

          • Analyzing and evaluating (on a quantitative or qualitative basis) the effectiveness of program operations in meeting established goals and objectives
          • Developing life cycle cost analyses of projects or performing cost benefit or economic evaluations of current or projected programs
          • Advising on the distribution of work among positions and organizations and the appropriate staffing levels and skills mix
          • Advising on the potential benefits/uses of automation to improve the efficiency of administrative support or program operations
          • Evaluating and advising on the organization, methods, and procedures for providing administrative support systems such as records, communications, directives, forms, files, and documentation
          • Researching and investigating new or improved business and management practices for application to agency programs or operations
          • Analyzing management information requirements to develop program or administrative reporting systems including the systems specifications, data gathering and analytical techniques, and systems evaluation methodology
          • Identifying resources (staff, funding, equipment, of facilities) required to support varied levels of program operations

           

          Basic Qualifications:

          • Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph 
          • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience (Associates Degree and 2 years of relevant experience or 4 years of relevant experience)
          • Minimum 10 years of experience as a Program Analyst or Task Lead
