Munich, 30. November 2018 – Another success for NTT DATA: After NTT DATA Chief Financial Officer Ilka Friese received the "IT Women of the Year Award" in the category “Outstanding Diversity Commitment” in 2017, NTT DATA Manager Diana Hauser also obtained one of the awards of the Women's IT Network this year. The IT expert was able to beat out numerous competitors in the category “Business Innovation” to win one of a total of seven prizes.

Diana Hauser joined NTT DATA in 2012 as a software developer. At the age of 33, she is now manager of Ensō − The Space for Creators in Munich, the first co-creation space of the NTT Group in Europe. As a highly sought-after expert, she supports NTT DATA customers in their digital transformation by developing new business models and services together with them at Ensō − The Space for Creators. With her team, she makes innovations tangible and develops sustainable solutions for the challenges of the customers.

Female executives are still underrepresented in the IT industry. The Women's IT Network therefore honors innovative and successful female entrepreneurs, managers and experts in the IT environment who serve as role models in the following categories: Young Leaders, Start Up, Digital Transformation, Business Innovation, Technical Innovation, Leadership − Executive Manager/CxO and Teamlead and Outstanding Diversity Commitment. The award was presented during the annual congress "FIT 2018 | Females in IT − Future of IT!" on 29^th of November in Frankfurt am Main.

NTT DATA is especially committed to the promotion of women in the IT industry.
