NTT DATA Corporation is pleased to announce that it will implement changes in officers as follows.
Changes in Directors and Corporate Auditors
The Board Meeting held today has determined candidates to be appointed as directors and executive officers, which will be proposed at the 27th Regular General Meeting of Shareholders scheduled on June 17, 2015.

As a result of this changes, the number of directors will be ten (nine at present) and the number of auditors will remain four.
