The contest to overcome the emergency of COVID-19 were held from March 19 to 31, 2020. Alone or up to 4 members, NTT DATA Italy people uploaded their ideas on a dedicated page to respond to 3 categories of challenges born from the ongoing emergency, operational, business and social.
The reward is the realization of each project, dedicating 20% of their working hours to implementing it. The economic equivalent of the time spent will be donated to the Italian health organizations, which will receive remote medicine kits developed by the startup MediaClinics.

Three winner project categories are as follows.
Business challenge : idea of a system to remotely treat patients who do not need hospital care.
Operative challenge: a corporate forum where colleagues can give each other with technical and business information. Social challenge: the idea of a blockchain platform to track, manage and validate donations.
