Role: Tomoko Hoshi was appointed Director and Audit & Supervisory Committee Member of NTT DATA Group Corporation in 2023.

Responsibilities: As an Independent Outside Director and full-time member of the Audit & Supervisory Committee, Tomoko is committed to improving the governance of NTT DATA.

Experience: As a certified public accountant in Japan, Tomoko had been engaged in auditing services at Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC for 31 years, from 1990 to 2021. During this period, she primarily worked with global companies, conducting financial statement audits and internal control audits.

She has been a Partner of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu LLC since 2003.

Additional information: She graduated from the Faculty of Economics at Nagoya University in 1985.
